Project: How I use Notion to create & manage online ESL lessons

Role: Course designer & tutor

Tools: Notion, Canva + Procreate (for visuals and design), Google Drive (materials)

Problem: I needed a single, shareable system to plan lessons, track students, and export materials.

Solution: Built a Notion workspace with a Lessons database, Student profiles, and a calendar view. Each lesson uses a reusable template with measurable objectives, materials, and step-by-step activities.

Outcome / What I demonstrated: Clear instructional design, attention to assessment, scalable templates for repeatable lessons. (Link to ESL Hub Page)

What I’d improve next: Add analytics (e.g., quiz scores) and integrate with Google Calendar.
